SumoSprings Suspension Helper Springs

SumoSprings are progressive suspension helper springs designed to improve vehicle stability, load support and ride control without the complexity of an air suspension system. Manufactured from durable microcellular urethane, SumoSprings work alongside the vehicle's existing suspension to provide additional support as the suspension compresses.

Unlike conventional air helper springs, SumoSprings require no air lines, compressors or routine pressure adjustment. Their progressive spring rate means the level of support increases as the vehicle is loaded or the suspension compresses, helping to reduce excessive body movement, rear-end sag and suspension bottoming while maintaining a comfortable ride during normal driving.

Progressive Suspension Support

SumoSprings are particularly useful for vehicles carrying additional or permanent weight, including 4x4 accessories, expedition equipment, camper conversions, commercial loads and towing equipment. By supplementing the original springs, they can help improve stability and vehicle control when travelling with additional weight.

The closed-cell construction is maintenance-free and resistant to water, dirt and common road contaminants, making SumoSprings well suited to working vehicles, touring 4x4s and vehicles regularly used in demanding conditions.

Front and Rear SumoSprings

Vehicle-specific SumoSprings are available for front and rear suspension applications, with different spring densities and configurations depending on the vehicle and intended use.
