The call that started it all…

As fate would have it, just as we received that first inquiry for the triangular side windows, we were approached by a well-established four-wheel drive parts supplier. This company was known for top-tier brands like Warn winches and an array of off-road accessories. They wanted to know if we’d be interested in selling their products. Little did we know, this call would lead to a relationship spanning over 30 years with them, with us becoming their largest customer in the 4WD industry—a partnership that would become central to the growth of Devon 4x4 and still to this day we work very closely with these fantastic brands.

A small venture fuelled by our love for...

In the late '90s, Devon 4x4 was still just a small venture fuelled by our love for rugged, off-road machines and weekend adventures. Back then, we entered an off-road competition with our reliable Land Rover 90, decked out in our eye-catching green and yellow livery—a colour choice that, little did we know, would soon be splashed across the pages of Land Rover Owner International Magazine.
