ARB - Toyota Hilux Summit Raw Rear Step Towbar - Suits OEM Towbar

The ARB Summit Raw Rear Step Towbar is designed to provide robust rear protection for the Toyota Hilux while retaining compatibility with the vehicle's original OEM towbar.

Designed as a replacement for the factory rear bumper, the Summit Raw protects the lower sections of the vehicle tub while maintaining a practical and purposeful appearance. Its heavy-duty steel construction, integrated rear step and dedicated jacking points make it particularly suited to working vehicles, touring builds and Hilux models regularly used off road.

HEAVY-DUTY STEEL CONSTRUCTION

At the centre of the Summit Raw is a 60.3mm diameter steel tube frame with a 2.6mm wall thickness. This substantial construction provides protection across the rear of the Hilux and helps shield the lower sections of the vehicle tub from damage.

The main tube is finished in a textured black powder coat, providing a durable finish suited to demanding off-road and everyday use.

DESIGNED TO RETAIN THE OEM TOWBAR

This specific 3614160 version is designed for vehicles equipped with the Toyota OEM towbar, allowing the factory towing arrangement to be retained while adding the protection and functionality of the ARB Summit Raw rear bar.

REAR DIFFUSER PANELS

Press-formed 1.6mm steel diffuser panels are incorporated into the rear bar to provide additional protection while helping the assembly blend neatly with the Hilux bodywork.

The diffuser panels are powder coated to provide corrosion resistance and durability in exposed conditions.

INTEGRATED REAR STEP

A silver anodised extruded aluminium tread panel is incorporated into the bar. Raised ridges provide additional grip when using the rear bar as a step, making it easier to access equipment stored in the vehicle tub or on the roof.

DEDICATED JACKING POINTS

Two jacking points are positioned along the lower edges of the rear bar. These are designed for use with either an ARB Jack or Hi-Lift jack, providing useful recovery and vehicle-lifting points when travelling off road.

SUMMIT RAW DESIGN

The Summit Raw retains styling cues from ARB's Summit Rear Step Tow Bar range while using a simpler tubular design. This provides substantial rear protection without the more enclosed construction of the full Summit rear bar.
