Ardcase - Pedal lock

Ardcase2 is the latest development in our range of security products. Even stronger and more resilient to attack than the previous model. The ardcase 2 uses a single heavy duty 60mm sliding shackle lock to keep the steel shell firmly clamped around all three pedals.

What is an ardcase?
Simple yet effective, the 'ardcase' is a security device that securely encases the pedals of your Land Rover Defender to deter and prevent theft of your vehicle. Impervious to prolonged attack from drills, crowbars and grinders, the 'ardcase offers a supremely tough level of security at an affordable price.

To install the 'ardcase you simply place the casing around the pedals, close the hinged front casing and lock the 'ardcase using the supplied key. When installed the 'ardcase creates a tough, secure steel jacket around the pedals while presenting a visible deterrent to any would be opportunist thief.

'ardcase is constructed from 3mm steel and manufactured in the UK. 

Which 'ardcase do I need?
If you have a Land Rover Defender which was made after 1998 you'll need the Td5/Tdci version. 

The Tdi Defenders ran from 1990-1998. The 200tdi was superseded by the 300tdi in 1994.

If your vehicle is a Land Rover Ninety, One-Ten or Series vehicle (i.e. pre 1990) we do not stock an 'ardcase that will fit your vehicle. 

Rest of the World Defender Owners
If you have a Left Hand Drive Defender, we only stock the Td5/Tdci LHD ardcase. Note this will not fit vehicles pre 1998. If you have an LHD 300tdi or 200tdi please do not order the RHD version as it will not fit your vehicle.

'Ardsafe
We also offer the handy 'ardsafe to safely store your 'ardcase when it's not in use. The ardsafe will fit both version 1 & 2 of the 'ardcase.
