The TentBox Universal Side Awning provides a quick and practical way to add a large sheltered area alongside your vehicle. Designed to protect against rain or sun, its straightforward all-in-one construction makes it ideal for creating a comfortable outdoor space at camp.

UNIVERSAL ROOF BAR MOUNTING

Unlike TentBox model-specific awnings, the Universal Side Awning mounts directly to your vehicle's roof bars using the supplied universal clamp system. This makes it a versatile standalone shelter for vehicles equipped with suitable roof bars.

LARGE SHELTERED AREA

When deployed, the awning measures 2m wide by 2.5m long, creating a generous weatherproof area alongside your vehicle for relaxing, cooking or organising camping equipment. The extendable legs provide a maximum height of 2.4m.

QUICK SETUP

The all-in-one design keeps the cover, support poles, legs and canopy together. To set up, unzip the cover, roll out the canopy and fold out and insert the supports and legs. TentBox states that setup takes around a minute.

WEATHERPROOF CONSTRUCTION

The main canopy is manufactured from 300D ripstop polyester with a 3000mm waterproof rating. When packed away, the awning is protected by a durable 600D PVC-backed Cordura cover with a 6000mm hydrostatic head rating.

SECURE CAMP SETUP

Supplied guy ropes and pegs allow the awning to be tied down for additional stability, creating a secure sheltered area beside your vehicle.
