Tunnel Awning

The TentBox Tunnel Awning adds a useful sheltered living area to your roof tent setup, providing protection from the sun and rain while creating additional space for relaxing or storing camping equipment. It connects directly to compatible TentBox models and extends over the ladder, creating a covered entrance before climbing inside.

EXTRA SHELTER

The Tunnel Awning creates an extended porch around the entrance to your TentBox. By covering the ladder area, it provides somewhere to shelter from the weather, remove wet clothing or organise equipment before entering the roof tent.

QUICK INSTALLATION

Designed for straightforward campsite setup, the Tunnel Awning attaches to your TentBox in just a few minutes. Its adjustable design allows the height to be altered at the base to accommodate vehicles of different heights.

WING MODE

One or both side panels can be propped open to create Wing Mode, increasing the sheltered area around your vehicle. The supplied telescopic prop poles provide the support required for this configuration.

WEATHER PROTECTION

The main awning is manufactured from 210D polyester with a 5000mm waterproof rating, providing dependable shelter from changing weather conditions. The supplied pegs and poles are manufactured from lightweight aluminium.

COMPACT STORAGE

Despite providing a substantial sheltered area when erected, the Tunnel Awning is lightweight and packs down into the supplied compact storage bag, allowing it to be conveniently carried in the vehicle between trips.

WIDE TENTBOX COMPATIBILITY

The Tunnel Awning is available for the TentBox GO, Lite, Lite XL, Classic and Cargo. Versions are also available for Lite 1.0, Classic 1.0 and Cargo 1.0, with the required Adaptor Kit included with all 1.0 Tunnel Awnings.
