D44 - Discovery 3 Steering Guard (No Hole)

The D44 steering guard for the Discovery 3 protects both the front bumper and the engine sump. Being one continuous smooth piece makes it ideal for sliding over obstacles and avoiding underbody damage.
When fitted in conjunction with the D44 winch mount the guard has the unique feature of being supported at the front edge which increases its strength.
The guard is available with or without a hole to access the standard on road recovery point Manufactured from 8mm 5083 grade aluminium with fixings supplied.

This version is designed for Discovery 3's that have a D44 Discreet winch mount and no longer require the central factory recovery eye.

 

Due to the nature of the manufacturing process some light scratching and staining is inevitable on this product.
