Front Runner - Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series 3/4 Roof Rack Kit - Slimline 3 (2024-2026)

The Front Runner Slimline 3 3/4 Roof Rack Kit brings the latest generation of Front Runner's modular platform system to the Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series from 2024 to 2026.

Measuring 1532mm long and 1300mm wide, the 3/4-length configuration provides substantial carrying space without extending across the entire length of the Land Cruiser's roof. Its compact dimensions also allow the vehicle's standard sunroof to remain fully operational.

A New Generation of Slimline

Slimline 3 takes the familiar modular approach of Front Runner's previous rack systems and develops it considerably further.

The new platform sits 20% lower than Slimline II, helping reduce the visual bulk of the rack while also improving airflow around the vehicle. The top of the installed platform sits approximately 80mm above the crown of the Land Cruiser's roof.

The result is a roof rack that feels much more integrated with the vehicle while retaining the versatility expected from a Front Runner platform.

Configure the Platform Around Your Equipment

One of the biggest changes with Slimline 3 is the ability to add, remove or reposition individual slats without dismantling the complete roof rack.

The slats can also be installed at different mounting pitches, allowing the platform layout to be configured around the equipment being carried.

Each slat incorporates dual T-slot channels with staggered insertion points, giving compatible accessories considerably more mounting flexibility when building a touring, camping or recovery setup.

Integrated Tie-Downs & Wiring

All four corners of the Slimline 3 incorporate built-in tie-down points, providing convenient locations for securing lighter cargo using compatible straps.

Electrical accessories have also been considered from the outset. Dedicated channels within the side profiles allow wiring for lighting and other powered accessories to be routed neatly through the rack, while integrated pass-throughs provide clean entry and exit points for cables.

This makes it much easier to create a clean installation when adding roof-mounted lighting or other electrical equipment later.

Easy-Release Vehicle-Specific Mounting

The dedicated Land Cruiser 250 mounting system attaches to the vehicle's factory mounting points without drilling.

Front Runner's new easy-release arrangement also allows the platform and mounting system to be removed without disturbing the vehicle's roof seals. This makes future maintenance, removal and refitting considerably simpler than a permanently sealed installation.

The original roof rails must be removed before installation.

Built for Demanding Use

The Slimline 3 combines heat-treated aluminium with high-strength 3CR12 stainless steel, finished with a weather-resistant black powder coating and stainless steel installation hardware.

This provides the corrosion resistance and durability needed for a Land Cruiser being used for touring, camping and off-road travel while keeping unnecessary weight out of the roof rack structure.

Please Note: This roof rack retains operation of the standard sunroof but is not suitable for Toyota Land Cruiser 250 Series models equipped with a panoramic sunroof. The original roof rails must also be removed for installation.
