Optimill¢‚¬„¢s bonnet/hood hinge kit provides a stronger more durable hinge design than the factory original hinges with the added benefit of a built-in security feature to help prevent bonnet/hood theft. Optimill¢‚¬„¢s hinges use an innovative design that eliminates the traditionally exposed external fasteners to create an additional security layer and help prevent your Defender bonnet from being stolen. The hinge pivot is internally pinned to prevent unwanted ¢‚¬Ëœquick-release¢‚¬„¢ removal of the bonnet.

Designed and manufactured by Optimill in the UK. CNC machined from billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium.

Black anodised finish to a maximum of 25 microns.

Supplied with high-security stainless-steel fixings and gaskets
