Optimill¢‚¬„¢s rear door hinge kits provide a stronger more durable hinge design than the original factory Defender hinges with the added benefit of a built-in security feature to prevent door theft. Optimill¢‚¬„¢s hinges use an innovative design that eliminates all of the exposed external fasteners to create an additional security layer and help prevent your Defender doors from being stolen.

The superior load bearing performance of the Optimill hinges will reduce wear and tear on the Defenders fragile rear door. With the Optimill rear door hinges there is no longer a need to use a separate swing away type wheel carrier to take the weight of the spare wheel off the rear door. Optimill rear door hinges compatible with panoramic glass conversions.

Optimill Rear Door Hinge Kits contain 3 x hinges

Designed and manufactured by Optimill in the UK, their hinges are CNC machined from billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium.

The hinge pins are made of stainless-steel which are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal or theft.

All hinges feature self-lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear.

Black anodised finish to a maximum of 25 microns.

Supplied with high-security stainless-steel fixings.
