Optimill¢‚¬„¢s side door hinge kits provide a stronger more durable hinge design than the factory original hinges with the added benefit of a built-in security feature to prevent door theft.

Optimill¢‚¬„¢s hinges use an innovative design that eliminates all of the exposed external fasteners to create an additional security layer and help prevent your Defender doors from being stolen. 90 Hinge Kits contain 4 x hinges to equip two doors.

110SW & Double Cab Hinge Kits contain 8 x hinges to equip the 1st and 2nd row doors.

Designed and manufactured by Optimill in the UK. CNC machined from billets of Aerospace grade 6082-T6 aluminium. The hinge pins are made of stainless-steel which are internally pinned to prevent unwanted removal or theft.

All hinges feature self-lubricating graphite bushes to reduce friction and prevent wear.

Hinges feature pre-drilled holes behind the mirror arm mounting locations to make it easier when installing MUD heated mirror kit or the Optimill wing mirror arms with integral puddle lights.

Black anodised finish to a maximum of 25 microns.

Supplied with high-security stainless-steel fixings & new hinge shims.
