Optimill - Defender 90 Front Door Security Hinge Kit - Black

The Optimill Front Door Security Hinge Kit is a premium replacement hinge solution for the Land Rover Defender 90, combining precision-machined construction with additional security features designed to help prevent unwanted door removal.

Supplied as a complete set of four front door hinges, the kit replaces the standard hinges with CNC-machined aluminium components incorporating internally secured hinge pins and high-security fixings.

IMPROVED DOOR SECURITY

The hinge design prevents the doors from simply being removed by undoing the externally accessible screws. This provides an additional level of security compared with the Defender's standard door hinge arrangement.

CNC MACHINED ALUMINIUM

Each hinge is CNC machined from a billet of aerospace-grade 6082-T6 aluminium. The precision-machined construction provides a high-quality replacement for the original Defender hinges while delivering a distinctive premium appearance.

INTERNALLY PINNED STAINLESS STEEL HINGE PINS

CARE AND MAINTENANCE

Optimill advises that Traffic Film Remover (TFR), including TFR contained within some vehicle cleaning products, should not be used on its anodised products. Appropriate cleaning products should be used to protect the finish.
