The Old Man Emu (OME) Parabolic Leaf Spring – Medium Duty (2022–2025) is part of ARB’s latest generation of suspension technology, engineered specifically for the Volkswagen Amarok. Designed to provide exceptional ride comfort, balanced handling, and reliable load support, this parabolic leaf spring represents a major advancement in suspension performance for both on- and off-road conditions.

Unlike traditional multi-leaf packs, OME’s parabolic design uses fewer, tapered leaves that vary in thickness from the centre to the ends. This reduces inter-leaf friction, lowers unsprung weight, and allows the spring to flex more freely — delivering a smoother, quieter ride while maintaining strength under load.

Developed through extensive testing and fine-tuned for the new Amarok platform, the Medium Duty variant offers an ideal balance between comfort when unladen and stability when carrying moderate loads or accessories.
