The ARB Frontier Long Range Fuel Tank is designed to extend driving range and reduce refuelling stops, making it ideal for touring, remote travel and long-distance journeys. Manufactured from a specially blended cross-linked polymer, the Frontier tank offers exceptional impact resistance, corrosion resistance and durability, while being significantly lighter than equivalent steel tanks.

Featuring a single-piece body construction with wall thicknesses of up to 8 mm, the tank is engineered to withstand harsh off-road conditions, chassis flex and debris impact. The Frontier design utilises unused space under the vehicle to maximise fuel volume without compromising ground clearance or requiring major modifications.

Each tank is supplied with high-quality mounting straps, fittings and hardware for straightforward installation. The pump plate is precisely machined to accept the vehicle’s original fuel module, ensuring reliable performance and correct fuel system operation.
