Cargo 2.0 Aluminium Hard Shell Roof Tent

The TentBox Cargo 2.0 is a tough two-person hard shell roof tent designed around a low-profile aluminium construction. Its aluminium exoskeleton provides a robust foundation for regular touring and camping, while the automatic opening system makes setting up camp quick and straightforward. At just 17cm high when closed, the Cargo 2.0 also provides a particularly slim profile when travelling.

TOUGH ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION

The Cargo 2.0 uses steel-reinforced honeycomb aluminium base and roof panels framed within an aluminium exoskeleton and finished with stainless steel hardware. This construction gives the Cargo its distinctive rugged appearance while providing a durable platform for regular adventure use.

COMFORTABLE SLEEPING SPACE

Inside is a 120 x 210cm sleeping area designed for two people. A dual-layer 6cm foam mattress with a wipeable cover provides the sleeping surface, while storage pockets and a net help keep smaller essentials organised. Thin bedding and pillows can also be stored inside when the tent is closed.

FOUR-SEASON PROTECTION

The main pod uses 280gsm rip-stop polyester canvas with a 3000mm hydrostatic head rating, C6 DWR water repellency, 2400mm/24hr breathability and UV50+ protection. Waterproof silicone-taped seams and YKK outdoor zips are used throughout, with waterproof zips fitted to the windows. The tent is rated for four-season use and winds up to 39mph, equivalent to Gale Force 8.

REMOVABLE PORCH

A removable porch provides additional shelter around the entrance. Manufactured from 210D polyester, the porch has a 5000mm hydrostatic head rating together with C6 DWR water repellency, 2400mm/24hr breathability and UV50+ protection.

PRACTICAL FEATURES

The Cargo 2.0 incorporates a skylight, integrated LED light, anti-bug mesh and internal storage. It is supplied with a mattress, telescopic ladder extending up to 2.6m, LED light bar, storage pockets and net, porch poles and mounting kit.
