Universal Roof Tent Spacer Kit
The Terrafirma Universal Roof Tent Spacer Kit provides a practical way to increase the clearance between a roof tent and the supporting roof rack or cross bars. Raising the tent improves access to the mounting hardware and creates additional space for fitting awning brackets, spotlight mounts and other accessories.
ADJUSTABLE SPACING
The supplied components allow the roof tent to be raised by either 20mm or 40mm across six mounting points. This gives installers the flexibility to select the spacing required for the roof rack, cross bars and surrounding accessories.
IMPROVED MOUNTING ACCESS
Creating additional clearance beneath the roof tent makes it easier to reach the mounting points when attaching or removing the tent. The raised position can also provide the clearance needed when fitting and securing the roof tent cover.
UNIVERSAL APPLICATION
Designed as a universal solution, the spacer kit can be used to position a suitable roof tent above roof racks or cross bars where additional mounting clearance is required.
COMPLETE FITTING KIT
The kit includes twelve 100 x 50 x 20mm spacer blocks, six M8 x 80mm bolts, six Nylock nuts, six flat washers and six additional 20mm spacers. The additional spacers can be used to occupy spare bolt thread, or the bolts can be shortened as required.
